PROMO MECHANICS
- Promo starts from April 1, 2018, 9AM up until August 24, 2018, 4PM.
- Announcement of winners is on September 3, 2018.
- This promo is open to: a. All Partner Rural Bank Savings Account Holders. b. His/her Client Information Form is updated within promo duration.
- Each deposit transaction with a minimum of PHP500 from April 1, 2018, 9AM up until August 24, 2018, 4PM, will qualify one raffle ticket.
- Raffle will be eletronically generated. Draw date is on August 27, 2018, Monday at J.P. Laurel St., Partner Rural Bank (Main Office), Pigcawayan, North Cotabato with DTI Representative.
- Employees of Partner Rural Bank and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.
RAFFLE PRIZES
- Winners will be notified via registered mail and text notification. Announcements will be posted in all branch offices and in our official Facebook Page.
- First Prize: Kawasaki Bajaj CT 100A. Second Prize: Sharp 32 in LED TV. Third Prize: Sharp 7Kg. Twin Tub Washing Machine. Consolation Prizes: (5) Kyowa 1-Burner Gas Stove.
CLAIMING AND NOTIFICATION
- To claim the prize, winners must go to any Partner Rural Bank branch where they transact with the ff. documents: 1) Notification Letter, 2) Valid ID. (The prizes will be housed in Pigcawayan. If winners are located in other branch area, they will be notified once the prize/s has been delivered to the respective branch office.)
- If winner does not notify claim after 60 days of announcement, prize will be forfeited and Partner Rural Bank shall be entitled to give it to the reserve winner. Qualified entries can only win once.
